DMCA Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
6ix leaks ("6ix leaks" or "the site"), available at drizzy.lol, is a catalog of unreleased music curated and maintained solely by 6ix leaks. All material on the site is selected and added by 6ix leaks; visitors cannot upload or post content.
6ix leaks respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and other applicable intellectual property laws. This policy describes how to request the removal of material and what happens after a request is received.
Designated agent
Copyright notices should be sent by email to:
- Email: dmca@drizzy.lol
- Subject line: "DMCA Takedown Notice"
Email is the fastest way to reach 6ix leaks. Notices sent through other channels, such as social media messages or comments, may not be seen or acted on. This address is for copyright and other intellectual property matters only; other messages may not receive a reply.
Filing a takedown notice
A copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on an owner's behalf, who believes that material on the site infringes a copyright may send a written notice that includes all of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Signature. The notice must be signed, physically or electronically, by the copyright owner or by a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf. A full legal name typed at the end of the email is accepted as an electronic signature.
- The copyrighted work. The notice must identify the work claimed to be infringed, such as the song title, the artist, and, where available, the label, publisher, or copyright registration number. A notice covering several works may include a representative list of them.
- The infringing material. The notice must identify the material claimed to be infringing, with enough information to locate it, including the exact URL of each page on drizzy.lol and the song title as it appears on the site. Direct audio links (the stream or download URLs on cdn.drizzy.lol) are helpful where available.
- Contact information. The notice must include the sender's full name, the organization represented (if any), postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement. The notice must include a statement that the sender has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement. The notice must include a statement that the information in it is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the sender is the copyright owner or is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

What happens after a notice is sent
- Notices are reviewed promptly, normally within a few business days of receipt.
- When a notice is complete, the identified material is removed or disabled expeditiously. This includes the audio files themselves, not only their listing on the site.
- The sender receives an email confirmation once the material has been removed.
- If a notice is missing required information, 6ix leaks may request the missing details before acting, and may decline to act on notices that are incomplete, unclear, or appear to be fraudulent or abusive.
- Contact details included in a notice are used only to process it and keep a record of the takedown, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Removed material may remain in search engine caches or on websites that 6ix leaks does not control. Requests to remove those copies should be sent to the relevant services directly.
Requests from artists and rights holders
Artists, producers, songwriters, labels, and their representatives do not need to send a formal legal notice to have a song removed. An email to dmca@drizzy.lol from an address that shows a connection to the work, listing the songs to be removed, is sufficient. 6ix leaks may ask for reasonable verification of identity or authority before acting.
Removals made in error
Because all material on the site is added by 6ix leaks, there is no uploader to notify and no counter-notice process. If a removal appears to have been made in error, for example because a notice identified the wrong song, an email to dmca@drizzy.lol explaining the error will prompt a review. Whether removed material is restored is at the sole discretion of 6ix leaks.
Fake or misrepresented requests
Notices that misrepresent the sender's identity, the sender's connection to the work, or the material concerned will be ignored. 6ix leaks does not pursue damages, legal fees, or any other action over mistaken or false requests.
Notices from outside the United States
Notices under the copyright laws of other countries are also accepted. They should be sent to the same address with the same information and are reviewed in the same way.
Other intellectual property concerns
Trademark and other intellectual property concerns may be sent to dmca@drizzy.lol with a description of the rights involved, the material concerned, and where it appears on the site.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the date at the top shows when the policy was last revised.
