These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of 6ix leaks ("6ix leaks" or "the site"), available at drizzy.lol, including its public API at api.drizzy.lol (the "API"). By accessing or using the site or the API, users agree to these Terms. Anyone who does not agree to these Terms should not use the site.

About the site

6ix leaks is an unofficial, fan-made catalog of unreleased music by Drake. All material on the site is selected, added, and maintained solely by 6ix leaks; users cannot upload or post content.

The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Drake, OVO Sound, Republic Records, Universal Music Group, or any other artist, label, or company whose music appears on the site. All artist names, song titles, and artwork belong to their respective owners.

The site is free to use and does not require an account.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old. Some songs contain explicit lyrics; users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction should use the site only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Music and other content

  • Ownership. 6ix leaks does not own the music, artwork, or other material created by artists and rights holders that appears on the site, and no rights in that material are transferred to users.
  • Personal use. Songs may be streamed and downloaded for personal, non-commercial listening only. Material from the site may not be sold, licensed, or otherwise commercially exploited, or presented as official or as the user's own work.
  • Accuracy. Unreleased music is often undocumented. Titles, versions, dates, credits, eras, and artwork on the site are compiled from many sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate. 6ix leaks makes no guarantee that any song is authentic or that its details are correct.
  • Removals. Songs may be added, edited, or removed at any time, including at the request of artists and rights holders.

Copyright and takedown requests

6ix leaks respects the rights of artists and rights holders. Rights holders who want material removed should follow the DMCA Policy or email dmca@drizzy.lol.

Suggestions

Suggestions, corrections, songs, and other submissions may be sent to 6ix leaks through the feedback form. All submissions are reviewed, and 6ix leaks has sole discretion over what appears on the site. Sending a submission does not mean it will be added, and not every message will receive a reply.

By sending a submission, the sender agrees to the following:

  • The sender confirms that sharing it does not violate any agreement the sender is bound by, such as a non-disclosure agreement or an employment contract, and that it contains no malware or personal information about others.
  • The sender permits 6ix leaks to use, edit (for example, to correct titles or credits), publish on the site and through the API, or decline to use the submission, without compensation.

Acceptable use

Users of the site or the API must follow these rules:

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, the API, or the systems that run them.
  • Do not send automated requests at a volume or rate that degrades the service for others.
  • Do not use the site or the API to spread malware, or to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
  • Do not present the site, or anything derived from it, as official or as affiliated with any artist or label.
  • Do not use the site in violation of any applicable law.

The API

The public API at api.drizzy.lol may be used for personal and non-commercial projects. Request volume should be kept reasonable, and responses should be cached where possible. Credit or a link back to drizzy.lol is appreciated.

6ix leaks may change, rate-limit, or discontinue the API at any time without notice, and may block clients that cause problems for the service. The "Music and other content" and "Acceptable use" sections also apply to anything built with the API.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes the information the site collects and how it is used, including the preference cookies the site stores, Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, and the technical information processed by hosting providers. The site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Third-party services and links

The site relies on third-party services to host and deliver its pages, files, and analytics, and may link to other websites. 6ix leaks is not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of services and websites it does not control.

Availability and changes to the site

6ix leaks may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or the API at any time, without notice, and does not guarantee that the site will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

Disclaimers

The site, the API, and all content on them are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Use of the site is at the user's own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 6ix leaks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the site or the API. Because the site is free, the total liability of 6ix leaks for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount paid to use it, which is nothing.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded or liability to be limited, so some of the above may not apply.

Breach of these Terms

If these Terms are broken, 6ix leaks may limit or block access to the site or the API. No further action is taken: 6ix leaks does not pursue damages, legal fees, or other legal action against users.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the date at the top shows when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

General

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • A failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
  • These Terms, together with the DMCA Policy and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between users and 6ix leaks regarding the site.
