Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information 6ix leaks ("6ix leaks" or "the site"), available at drizzy.lol, collects, how it is used, and the choices available to visitors. It applies to the site, its public API at api.drizzy.lol, and email sent to drizzy.lol addresses.

The site is designed to collect as little as possible. It has no accounts, sign-ups, comments, payments, or advertising, and it does not sell or rent personal information.

Information stored in the browser

The site saves a few preferences in the visitor's browser so that it looks the same on the next visit:

  • The view cookie, kept for 1 year, records whether songs are shown as a grid or a list.
  • The sidebar_state cookie, kept for 7 days, records whether the sidebar is open or collapsed.
  • The volume setting, kept in local storage until cleared, records the player volume.

The two cookies are sent with requests to the site so that pages load in the chosen layout. None of these are used for tracking or advertising, and they can be cleared at any time in the browser's settings; the site then falls back to its defaults.

Analytics and performance

The site uses two services from Vercel:

  • Vercel Web Analytics counts visits, including the pages viewed, the referring website, and the visitor's browser, operating system, device type, and country.
  • Vercel Speed Insights measures how quickly pages load, including page loading times and the visitor's device type and browser.

Neither service uses cookies or tracks visitors across other websites, and the information is reported in aggregate rather than tied to an identified person. It is used only to understand how the site is used and to improve its performance. More information is available in Vercel's privacy policy.

Hosting and network logs

The site, its files, and the API are delivered through Vercel and Cloudflare. As part of delivering and protecting the service, these providers process technical information about each request, such as the IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and time of the request. This information is handled under their own privacy policies (Vercel, Cloudflare) and is used for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.

Email

When someone emails a drizzy.lol address (such as privacy@, terms@, or dmca@drizzy.lol), 6ix leaks receives the sender's email address, name, message, and anything else included, such as the contact details required in a DMCA notice. Messages are routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to an email inbox.

This information is used only to read and respond to the message and to act on the request, for example to process a takedown. It is not added to mailing lists or shared, except where required by law. Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and to keep a record of copyright takedowns.

Feedback form

The site links to an anonymous feedback form hosted on Google Forms. The form does not ask for a name or email address. Whatever is typed into it is submitted through Google and received by 6ix leaks, and is used only to read and act on the feedback. Google processes form submissions under its own privacy policy.

How information is shared

6ix leaks does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers named above, which process it to run the site and the feedback form, and when disclosure is required by law.

Data retention

  • Browser preferences remain until they expire or are cleared, as listed above.
  • Analytics and performance data, and hosting and network logs, are retained by Vercel and Cloudflare according to their own policies.
  • Emails are kept as described in the "Email" section, and can be deleted on request unless they need to be kept as a record of a copyright takedown.

Privacy rights

Depending on where they live, visitors may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information about them, to object to or restrict its use, or to request a copy of it. Requests can be sent to privacy@drizzy.lol and are answered within 30 days.

In practice, 6ix leaks holds personal information only in emails it has received. Analytics data is not tied to an identified person and cannot be looked up for an individual. Visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

Information is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the site, and in responding to messages.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If a child under 13 has sent personal information, for example by email, a request to privacy@drizzy.lol will lead to its deletion.

International transfers

The service providers that run the site may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws from the visitor's own.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to email and the systems that run the site is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the date at the top shows when the policy was last revised.
